What are the Different Branches of the Legal System?
The set of laws of a country and the ways in which they are explained and as well as apply, is known as the Legal System.
Our country India has a federal justice system which is initially based on mixed laws which means that it is based on the parliamentary legislature, court laws, customary and on religious laws as well.
The judicial system of India is developed by judges via their decisions, orders and their judgements.
The Indian Judicial system has four types of law.
Criminal Law: This law deals with the act that law defines.
Civil Law: Deals with any harm or injury of an individual.
