Ans. The ‘rule of law’ means, there is a rule in the Constitution of India that the law is same for every citizens of the Independent of India. Every law is same for the citizen irrespective of caste, religion, colour. The fundamental rights also comes under the rule of law. The rule is same for President, Prime Minister, or whoever.
